Source: Guidance of Sibur’s 5-year dollar Eurobonds at 3.125–3.25%
MOSCOW, Jun 30 (PRIME) -- Russian petrochemical holding Sibur has defined the yield guidance for its 5-year U.S. dollar Eurobonds at 3.125–3.25% annually, a banking source told PRIME on Tuesday.
The placement of the Eurobonds should amount to $500 million, the source added.
The company held a roadshow of the Eurobonds on Monday. Citi, Gazprombank, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, and VTB Capital act as the organizers of the placement.
